Partial Wedding Planning & Styling
Enjoy the planning and want to take the lead? Our Partial Wedding Planning and Styling Package is ideal if you just need some assistance and support during your planning journey.
Why choose the Partial Wedding Planning and Styling Package?
There are so many details that go into organising the event of your lifetime and many of us can get overwhelmed or not know where to start. Should you choose the Partial Wedding Planning and Styling Package you will get the same support component of our full wedding planning and styling package but you will take lead on the booking of the majority of your vendors.
In the initial stages of the planning, based on your requirements Hi Hilda will organise four vendors who can provide the services and equipment you require. Hi Hilda will coordinate with these vendors and help you to map out the rest of your planning to ensure you have the tools in assist you in executing your dream day.
We will then take over being the primary vendor contact closer to the day, to allow you to sit back and enjoy the lead up to your wedding. Our online portal is a great central point for all your wedding details, which you will have access to through your wedding planning journey.
The design and styling of your big day, will be handled by us. With Hi Hilda managing this process, you can focus on the other elements of your wedding organisation journey. All the leg work will be done by the Hi Hilda team through the set up and pack down. This activity usually takes approximately 3 days.
On the big day, we’re right there with you and committed to ensuring your vision is a memorable once-in-a-lifetime experience for you and your guests.

Make your special day truly unforgettable with our Event Styling Package. This package is designed for couples who dream of a seamless and beautifully styled wedding or other significant celebration. It covers every styling aspect of your event, ensuring that each detail reflects your unique taste and story.
Begin your styling journey with a one-on-one consultation where we discuss your vision, colour palette, themes and detail preferences. Understanding your personal style is our priority. We tailor the design concepts that will bring your event vision to life. By creating mood boards and style guides that capture your desired aesthetic, styling decisions are easily made.
From décor sourcing and setup, our network of high-quality vendors will ensure we can create a concept that is bespoke to you. On your wedding day, birthday or celebration, our team will handle all setup and breakdown, ensuring every piece is perfectly placed.
We believe that your event should be as unique to you, with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for perfection, we promise to make your celebration a breathtakingly beautiful event that you and your guests will cherish forever.
